- Consult with hiring managers, assist with crafting compelling job descriptions, and post local job opportunities
- Interview and recruit skilled talent by utilizing our ATS computer program, social media and online job boards, referrals, and attending career expo events (travel percentage is 5% - 10%)
- Consults with candidates finds out what drives them, and guides candidates through the interviewing and hiring process
- Extend offers, execute background checks, MVR reports, distribute PPE (personal protective equipment), schedule drug testing, etc. and follow up to ensure the candidate is satisfied
- Process online employment applications for completion and accuracy
- Verify industry credentials and experience to ensure job and client requirements are satisfied
- General office duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Highly comfortable talking to people and building genuine relationships
- Proficient computer skills, including Google G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, etc.
- Savvy with social media
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Have a high service level aptitude
