How do I apply for a job?
To apply, go to our Job Board to view all open positions. Choose the job that fits you best and click Apply within that listing to submit your information. Once your application is received, our team will review it and contact you regarding the next steps.
What do I need for an interview?
Just come ready to chat about your past work experience and how it fits with the job you’re applying for. If you have any relevant documents or certifications, like safety training or equipment skills, bring those along. Be ready to talk about your previous roles and what you’ve accomplished.
Do you do background checks or drug tests?
Yes, background checks or drug tests may be required depending on the job and the employer’s policies. We will inform you about these requirements during the interview process so you know exactly what to expect. If you have any concerns or questions about these checks, feel free to ask during your interview.
How do i get my pay stub?
You can view and download all of your pay stubs in your Employee Portal. Log in through our Contact page to access your account.
Do you pay weekly?
We pay our Worker Associates weekly on Fridays for the hours worked the prior week. Pay is in the form of direct deposit. If you do not have a bank account a pay card will be provided to you at no cost. How do i update any of my information?
In order to update your information, please contact your local branch directly and they can make sure your information is updated and accurate. You can find the contact information for your branch at https://www.greatlakesskilledtrades.com/locations/
What do i do when i need a day off?

Will I receive a 1095-C for 2025?
W-2s are available in the Employee Portal.
If you opted in for electronic delivery, you can view and download your W-2 directly from your Employee Portal as soon as it’s posted.
