- Source and recruit skilled construction workers across multiple trades.
- Screen candidates to match them with the right projects and contractors.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring steady communication and ongoing support.
- Manage the full recruiting process—from posting jobs, phone screening, and interviews to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Partner with our sales and operations teams to fulfill contractor staffing requests quickly and effectively.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, or construction industry experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls, interviews, and follow-ups daily.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
