What You’ll Do:

- Perform water damage mitigation, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification

- Set up and monitor restoration equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers

- Conduct demolition and debris removal when necessary

- Assess and document water damage for insurance, estimate and restoration purposes 

- Follow industry standards and safety protocols to ensure high-quality restoration work

- Maintain clean and organized job sites while protecting client property

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and address concerns

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years experience in water mitigation, restoration or construction

- IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) preferred but not required

- Ability to operate water mitigation equipment effectively

- Driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Availability for emergency response, including occasional evenings and weekends
