What You’ll Do:
- Help prepare installation sites
- Assemble solar racking and solar arrays
- Install roof mounted or ground mounted solar systems
- Assist with trenching and equipment assembly
- Problem solve and trouble shoot to diagnose problems and repair or replace existing equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a solar technician
- Experience with equipment operation a plus but not required
- Possess basic tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Understanding of safety on construction sites, able to lift 50lb+ and OK with heights
- Must be reliable and able to take direction
