Now Hiring: Construction Bookkeeper

    Pay rate: $25-30/hr depending on skill set and experience

    30-40  hours a week, M-F

Job may include:

- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software

- Paying vendor invoices and tracking balances

- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and ledgers

- Assisting with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Sage 100 Construction and Quickbooks Enterprise - Contractor

-  2+ years as a bookkeeper

- Driver’s license and reliable transportation

-  Reliable and able to work well with others
