Job May Include:  
- Operate drilling equipment, including mud rotary, reverse circulation, bucket drilling and auger drilling rigs
- Perform pump setting and installation of submersible and line shaft turbines
- Maintain and repair drilling equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:
- Experience as a water well driller (certification preferred)
- Proficiency in the use of mud rotary, reverse circulation, bucket drilling, and auger drilling techniques
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Valid CDL License with cleanm driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
