Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager
to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, skilled trades, suppliers, and internal teams
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Monitor project progress and address issues or delays proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Conduct site visits and lead project meetings
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with skilled trades or staffing-based construction models
