Location: Kalamazoo Region
Pay Range: $22.00 – $32.00/hr (based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Fabricate and install ductwork
- Work with components such as coils, compressors, condensers, fans, motors, and blowers
- Cut, thread, braze, and install piping
- Assist with jobsite cleanup and perform tasks as assigned by the foreman
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Must have basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Solid understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction well
