What  You’ll  Do:
- Set up and operate a variety of machines, tools and equipment to produce precision parts and instruments
- Maintain industrial machines and equipment
- Establish work procedures for efficiency and safety
- Dismantle machines or equipment to examine and diagnose machine malfuctions and replace parts as needed
- Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools 
- Apply expertise in mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout and machining procedures
- Stay up to date with technical and mechanical knowledge

What  We’re  Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Journeyman card or higher
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of machines, tools and their uses, designs, repair and maintenance
- Strong understanding of arithmetic, algebra and geometry
- Practical application of engineering science
- Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, quality control and cost optimization techniques
- Strong critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
