We are currently seeking HVAC Installers, Electricians, and Carpenters for modular home construction!
Starting pay: $22.00/h - $35.00/h
This is a unique opportunity to work in a factory-based construction environment, building modular sections of residential homes before they are transported to the jobsite for final assembly.

Job May Include:
- framing and general carpentry
- Installing doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other finish materials
- Installing HVAC ductwork, vents, equipment, and related components
- Residential electrical rough-in, wiring, boxes, fixtures, and devices
- Reading prints, layouts, and measurements
- Working as part of an assembly-style residential construction process
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Jobsite/workstation cleanup and other tasks appointed by the foreman
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, framing, plumbing or related residential construction
- Possess basic hand tools
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Understanding of construction safety
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction measurements
- Must be reliable and able to take direction
