Now Hiring: Mitigation Cleaners and Crew Chiefs 

Pay Rates: $18.00/hr (based on experience) for Cleaners 

Pay Rates: $24/hr (based on experience) for Crew Chiefs 

A clean background check and driving record is required! 

Mitigation Cleaners Job Responsibilities: 

-Cleaning residential homes affected by water, mold or fire damage 

-Load, move, and organize construction materials 

-Maintain clean and safe job sites 

-Chemical compound mixing 

-Complete tasks as directed by the site foreman 

What We’re Looking For: 

-At least 1 year of mitigation experience 

-Basic hand tools required 

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

-Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction 

-Solid understanding of job site safety 

Mitigation Crew Chiefs Job Responsibilities: 

-Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects 

-Cleaning residential homes affected by water, mold or fire damage 

-Load, move, and organize construction materials 

-Maintain clean and safe job sites 

-Chemical compound mixing 

What We’re Looking For: 

-At least 4 year of mitigation experience 

-Basic hand tools required 

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

-Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction 

-Solid understanding of job site safety 

-IICRC Certification (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred
