As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients within your designated territory. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion, all while delivering exceptional service.
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Proven track record in outside sales or territory management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
