Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to grow our construction staffing business in the Sterling Heights and surrounding markets. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building partnerships, and has a strong understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory of construction clients, including general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to match skilled tradespeople with client needs
• Conduct client visits, job site walk-throughs, and needs assessments
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools
• Stay informed on local construction market trends and workforce demands

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or construction industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction trades and job site environments is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
